3.About Order Tracking
Once the package is sent, we will send you a shipment notification e-mail.
You can track your order with the tracking information provided in the e-mail or by logging in to your account on Customscool.
4.What To Do If The Shipment Is Delayed?
If the product you ordered is out of stock, it may take longer to ship because the factory has to produce it before it can be shipped to you.
We will inform you by email whether the order is out of stock. If it is out of stock, you can also choose any item on the website with a price difference of less than $5 to replace it.
NOTE:
1) Please leave sufficient details about your shipping address to ensure a smooth delivery, it would be better if your shipping address can be accurate to Apt/unit number.
