1.Shipping Time

Standard Delivery : 10-25 business days

The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts: Total time = Processing time + Shipping time. These days it may take more time to deliver.  

Processing time: 1-3 business days(while some items may need 3-7 business days). 

Shipping Time:  We use outside delivery companies (UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS) and we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.

Areas that can only shipping by express: Martinique, South Africa, Trinidad & Tobago                                           

*Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

3.About Order Tracking
Once the package is sent, we will send you a shipment notification e-mail.

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in the e-mail or by logging in to your account on tide-custom.

 

4.What To Do If The Shipment Is Delayed?
If the product you ordered is out of stock, it may take longer to ship because the factory has to produce it before it can be shipped to you.

We will inform you by email whether the order is out of stock. If it is out of stock, you can also choose any item on the website with a price difference of less than $5 to replace it.

                                                                       

NOTE:

1) Please leave sufficient details about your shipping address to ensure a smooth delivery, it would be better if your shipping address can be accurate to Apt/unit number. A correct email is mandatory for receiving order confirmation and shipping notification. The phone number is required for being contacted by delivery man if necessary.

2) Please note that AnimesCollection is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by wrong/insufficient/incomplete shipping address, wrong post/zip code, blank mobile column. Non-delivery or extra shipping costs due to personal reasons will not be taken by AnimesCollection.

3) We will make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, additional time may be required due to address issues and customs clearance.

4) Your order can be tracked in details only when it arrives in destination country. Especially for expedited shipping, please kindly allow some working days of delivery to your address, even likely " not found ". Thanks for your patience. Should you have any question, please reach out to our customer service.

5) If the package is not delivered within 30 days after you place the order, please contact customer service within 180 days after placing the order, we will reply you within 24 hours.

Return & Exchange

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused. We accept requests for exchange or refund of unused items in their original condition and packaging within 15 days of delivery, as detailed below for specific refund requests.Your return or exchange request will not be processed 15 days after receiving the package. Please contact us within the return time limit above and we will try our best to meet your request .

Return Processes

  1. When returning any part of your order, please email to our Customer Service at Service@Customscool.com first, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
  2. Our Customer Service team will reply with solutions and return instructions in 1-2 business days. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
  3. Drop off your package at the local post office.After getting the tracking number, send it to our customer service mailbox so that we can distinguish the order, otherwise it will not be accepted
  4. If your return request is accepted, most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your original method of payment. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
